Metal Stamping Production
High-speed press manufacturing where coil metal or flat bar or Aluminium Extrusions as in the picture displayed, is automatically fed into a press, cut and shaped into the finished component using a precision press tool. Low cost, high quantity built for modern manufacturing
demands.
What we specialise in
Progressive Die Stamping
This starts with a coil that is mounted on a windmill that is pulled through a leveller
that flattens the metal which is then pulled into a press . It is pitched a constant distance , say 65mm and then pressed and progressively stamped until get the finished stamped component.
Deep Drawing
Hydraulic presses stretch and form
metal into deep-draw components ideal for bowls, cups, oil filters, housings and other hollow formed parts.
The Hydraulic press has a slow cycle stroke. The mechanical press has a very fast cycle stroke. Using a hydraulic press as to the mechanical press, this avoids the metal from splitting.
Blanking & Piercing
Blanking in a press is using a press tool
to cut out profile geometry in 2D such as round disc’s or 2D profiles. Forming in the press is bending the metal into 3-dimensional shapes.
From raw material to finished stamped component
01
Tool & Material Setup
The press tool is mounted and set up in the press. Correct material sheet or coil is loaded and fed ready for the production run.
02
First-Off Samples
A trial run produces the first components which are measured and checked against the drawing before full production is approved to start.
03
Production Run
The press runs at high speed, automatically feeding material and stamping components to the required quantity with consistent quality throughout.
04
Inspection & Dispatch
Final quality check against drawing, components
counted, run through auto parts cleaner if required, then packed and dispatched.

High-speed precision stamping for low cost, high volume production
Coil metal is fed automatically into a press that applies force to cut and shape the metal into the finished component using a precision press tool. The result is a fast, repeatable and cost-effective manufacturing process suited to high-volume production runs. We operate mechanical presses from 15 to 125 tonnes, plus hydraulic presses for deep drawing applications giving us the range to handle simple blanking through to complex formed components.
