About Us
39 YEARS OF PRECISION
Today, The Pieces Limited operates across four core disciplines —
Design, Toolmaking, Metal Stamping Production, and CNC Milling production — serving clients across the building, electrical, lighting, transportation, and outdoor industries.
We run 11 mechanical presses from 15 to 125 tonnes and 3 hydraulic presses, largest being 150Ton. We have a 135Ton brake press and a guillotine that can cut 3-meter-long sheets up to 5mm thick stainless steel. We have a modern Toolroom that services our production running tools and builds new press tools and fixtures for production. We have CNC machinery which we programme off-line on Fusion 360 and we design using Solid Works.
We work with mild steel – uncoated, galvanized or zinc plated, stainless steel 304 or 316 and aluminium. We Also work with copper and brass and specialty alloys such as phosphor bronze- uncoated or tin plated.
We build tools that last, and we stamp and mill components that perform — run after run, year after year. But the number that matters most isn’t the press tonnage or the software version. It’s this: that our commercial clients have trusted us with their components and have left our floor and gone on to perform exactly as designed, building relationships that support growth.

A FRESH CHAPTER
The company was called CJ CAD Manufacturing and has grown into the company name The Pieces Limited.
The new look reflects the company that exists today: a precision engineering partner with end-to-end capabilities, a team that treats every component as a commitment, and a founder who still brings the same perfectionist care to every project that crosses the floor.
The name changed... The standard didn’t.
WHY CLIENTS CHOOSE US
We design for manufacturing :
Every part we design is optimised to reduce waste, lower cost, and perform better in production — not just on screen.
We own the whole process :
From first sketch to final component, everything stays in-house. That means faster turnaround, tighter quality control, and a single point of accountability.
We’re perfectionists by trade :
Toolmakers are known for it — and that mindset runs through everything we do, from die design to final inspection.
We scale with you :
Whether you need a small run sizes or high-volume production, our toolmaking shop and press metal stamping shop are set up to support your business.
