Design & CAM Programming
Your part is designed in SolidWorks and tool paths are generated in Fusion 360. The program is sent directly to the CNC mill controller and run at the push of a button.

Material Setup
The correct material block or bar is loaded into the CNC mill and workholding is set up to hold the part securely throughout the machining run.

CNC Machining Run
The machine executes the full program cutting, drilling and tapping automatically until the finished component is produced.

Inspection & Delivery
Every part is inspected against the drawing, deburred and finished before being packed and dispatched to you.
